Went here on a hot sunny day. The ice was flowing, ambiance was cool, food was hot and extra extra hot just as we wanted . Our waitress was really sweet and courteous and made sure that we have a pleasant dining experience. We will definitely visit again!
Update 30/01/2023: I had a wonderful time at this location. First and foremost the atmosphere was great. The restaurant had quite a lot of renovation and the interior looked great. The food was also fresh and cooked very well. We ordered a whole chicken with a couple appetizers and couldn’t have been happier with the meal. Lastly, the service was phenomenal, we were helped by a kind employee named Fabi. She literally made our experience much much better. A warm welcoming approach can go a long way and I would definitely recommend this location for their amazing service. Thanks again Fabi! The chicken was great and the service was also 5 stars. The staff really took the innitiative to meet the needs of costumers. Well done!
We went on a Saturday at 6pm When walking in the lady on the front desk said very politely it's a 20 min wait not a problem gave her my mobile number then came back when it was our time Got our table upstairs again very polite service from a member in the team We ordered our meals and had to wait 20 or so mins for the food not to bad considering the time Again the food was fantastic would always recommend the dirty chips this is now a must have whenever we go to nandoes The food was nice as always the only disappointment for me was in my pitter it was just 2 lumps of chicken then salad stuff in behind Apart from that another lovely meal at nandoes Please give a like if this helped you

We ate here tonight, they say food makes the place, well...people also make it, too and it was certainly worth going to, and today it was Precious. She was absolutely amazing! Her professional, friendly and positive attitude made us feel very welcome. Precious is definitely an asset to the company and should be treasured and valued. Consider her as one of the managers, she ticks all the boxes! Thank you so much Precious, you have made our day we won't forget you and will be back soon. The food was fine,too. I do recommend this restaurant.
Food was delicious, Victoria served and accommodated us extremely well, she’s a super star!
The food came out so fast and was delicious. The staff were all lovely, but one lady stood out more than the rest. We didn’t catch her name but this lady made our little boy’s evening. She was so patient with him, chatting and even participated in a chicken sword-fight! Really lovely lady and great customer service. We’ll definitely be back xx
Great food as always chicken was a little dry today which is unusual. Served by Fabolous Faby who handled my issue and was very tentative and warm and welcoming.
